With the relocation to Sydney, the business has had to sell our bloodstock investments. However, over the past few years we have bred several foals. This gives us a practical understanding of the business, the pitfalls and the positives, which means our advice to clients is given soundly and considerately.
Some of our foals:

Pharsickle: 2002 filly by Straight Strike from Tytisca. This filly showed good promise as a 2YO before an accident in her box left her a partial wobbler. Her new owners spent two years rehabilitating her and she had her only start on 24 May 2007. She was running on well when she was caught up in traffic and reinjured.

2003 Ebony Grosve-Askance colt. This colt was sold as a Ready to Run type for $20,000 (from a $4,000 service fee and a $500 broodmare). We also bred his 2004 full sister, but she had to be put down after proving to be dangerous to herself and others. Breeding from a $500 mare is not something I would recommend to clients, but if you find yourself in this place, we've at least shown that there can be a plus side with the right mating choice.

2007 Chianti-Lady Version filly. This filly's dam is a winning half sister to Group One winner and successful sire Lord Ballina. Lady Version was easily the best bred mare that we used and this is a nice cut of a filly.

Tidy Tisca: 1999 mare by Masterclass from Tytisca. While we didn't breed this filly, we bought her as a foal at foot with her dam. This is her winning on debut at Timaru over 1200m by 4 lengths.
